  • Team Management: Oversee the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination with external agencies to deliver on marketing goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

Experince & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams and coordinating with external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
