- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
Experince & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams and coordinating with external agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
