Job Overview The Interior Project Coordinator role at Zeet HR Consultancy Services is based in Bangalore Urban. This full-time, junior-level position seeks candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The successful applicant will manage interior project tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. This role demands expertise in interior project coordination as a mandatory skill. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD to develop precise design plans and ensure detailed and accurate project execution. Ability to use SketchUp for creating innovative and detailed 3D models to visualize project outcomes and ideas. Skilled in using Microsoft Project for managing timelines, resources, and tracking project progress efficiently. Strong project management skills to oversee project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines. Expertise in budgeting and financial management to maintain project budget controls and optimize resource allocation. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure project compliance with legal standards. Experience in vendor and supplier coordination to ensure timely procurement and sourcing of materials and services. Interior project coordinator expertise (Mandatory skill) is essential to lead and manage all interior design project activities effectively. Roles and Responsibilities Coordinate with clients to understand their design needs and translate them into project plans effectively. Develop and maintain project schedules including estimation of timing and tracking of progress throughout project execution. Work closely with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cohesive execution of design plans. Manage procurement processes including obtaining necessary licenses and materials, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure operations remain within allocated budgets and financial targets. Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare and present regular reports for stakeholders outlining project milestones, risks, and opportunities. Maintain detailed project documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability for future reference and audits.
