Your role
We are looking for a Sourcing Technical Specialist who:

  • Ensure payments are supported and processed within expected SLA
  • Work closely with the Service Provider team to ensure all invoices are processed on time
  • Engage with business to resolve queries with request to "Defective" invoices
  • Manage and respond to queries/escalations from internal clients/bank and employees.

Your team
Your would be working in Pune location for Accounts Payable team. We are part of Group Functions business division. We cater to 9 countries and strive to efficiently manage 3rd party supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.

Your expertise
You have Professional Accountancy Qualification (B.Com, M.com) with 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • You have accountability and responsibility. independent working style and attention to detail Accounts Payable or Receivable experience
  • Ability to communicate with management, vendors and staff in a variety of business settings
  • General accounting knowledge
