Global Payment Specialist

- We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Global Payment Specialist, responsible for managing the lifecycle of payments across various regions.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage payment processes, including electronic and manual payments, ecommerce transactions, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payment operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize payment processing efficiency and reduce risk.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cash operations or a related field.
- Strong understanding of international payment systems, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Audit and compliance knowledge, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
