About the Role: As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of the Salesforce environment, handling tickets, troubleshooting issues, and implementing configuration updates. You’ll work closely with the Business Systems Manager to complete assigned tasks that maintain system stability, data quality, and user productivity. This role focuses on operational excellence, ensuring that users have a reliable and well-supported Salesforce experience. You will also assist with user access, security, and routine system maintenance to keep the platform running smoothly.Responsibilities:Administration & SupportAct as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.Manage user setup, permissions and security settings.Maintain system integrity, data quality, and compliance with governance standards.Solution Development & TestingBuild and maintain flows and declarative automation solutions to support business processes.Test and validate enhancements or fixes before deployment.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating with stakeholders and documenting outcomes.Data ManagementPerform data imports, updates, deduplication, and cleansing.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce objects.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support team operations.Qualifications:Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).1–2 years of Salesforce administration experience.Demonstrated ability to manage support tickets and deliver timely solutions.Strong expertise in Flow Builder and declarative automation.Experience with data management including imports, exports, and deduplication.Solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Effective communicator who can work collaboratively across teams.Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Salesforce integrations or middleware tools.Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Knowledge of additional reporting/analytics tools.Why Planful: Planful exists to enrich the world by helping our customers and our people achieve peak performance.
