HR Recruiter:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs, source candidates, and build a strong employer brand.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
• Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

Office Executive:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Executive to handle administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage front-desk activities including answering phones, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors.
• Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents (physical and digital)
• Coordinate with various departments for administrative support.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
