Digital Data Senior Analyst

Position Overview

As a Digital Data Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, analyzing trends, and generating insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency with digital analytics tools, and the ability to identify issues and communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders. They will also spend time researching data lineage and running SQL queries to answer detailed questions.

Responsibilities < >Gather and organize data from various digital sources, including websites, mobile apps, and third-party analytics tools. Perform in-depth analysis of digital data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital activity across several online properties.Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization based on data-driven insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate data integrity issues found during pre and post validation. . Validate data used to prepare regular reports and dashboards that communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and product managers. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of digital data by implementing data validation processes and conducting quality assurance checks. Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to digital analytics and data management. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Qualifications

Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of proven experience as a digital data analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of leveraging data to drive business outcomes.Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, AEP, etc.) and familiarity with tag management systems.Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Databricks, SQL, Python, R, JavaScript or similar.

< >Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling techniques.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Identify data anomalies and propose solutions.

< >Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriatePrimarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
