Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Collection Manager located in Hyderabad. The Area Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing collections within the assigned area, ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding dues. Daily tasks will include monitoring collection performance, developing strategies to improve collection rates, and handling escalations or challenging cases. The role requires collaboration with other departments to achieve collection targets while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
Qualifications
- Experience in collection management, debt recovery, and handling delinquent accounts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with customers and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address collection challenges
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in using collection management software and other relevant technology
