Overview: Weare looking for a person experienced in Early Childhood Educationadept at designing digital and offline instructional toolscomfortable with oncamera presentations and fluent in Hindi andMarathi with excellent communication skills andadaptability.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Designand development of Curriculum and Content for your subject area(ideation shooting video footage coordinating with media editors)along with other experienced Subject MatterExperts.
  • Test and build expertise on digitalinstructional tools that are parentfacing and/or Anganwadiworker/teacherfacing.
  • Plan and conducttrainings for different Target Groups
  • Supportand organize the Learning Management System and schedulingplatform
  • Develop assessment tools and conductuser research to understand userpreferences
  • Support other internal andcrossteaminitiatives

CriticalFactors for Success
  • Background/Interest in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum3 years of work experience in education either as a teacher or onteachertraining programs.
  • Have a strongunderstanding of how children learn anddevelop.
  • Have a strong belief in the power ofparents and teachers in the growth of thechild.
  • Interest in developing expertise in thedesign and development of digital and offline instructionaltools.
  • Be comfortable presenting in front ofthe camera.
  • Willingness to travel frequently torecord video footage for creating content
  • Beable to adapt to the demands of a young fastgrowingorganization.
  • Be comfortable working withtechnology.
  • Have excellent communicationskills.
  • Be a fluent Hindi and Marathi speaker.
