We are looking a good candidate for sales executive. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (B2B preferred)

Skills Required

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • . Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region.
  • Graduation (any discipline), MBA preferred

Job Description

Business Development-

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • .Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups.

Sales Execution -

  • Present and explain products/services to clients with clarity and professionalism.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsPrepare proposals, quotations, and contracts as per client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Client Relationship Management -

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvements.

Reporting & Coordination -

  • Submit daily reports of calls, meetings, and client updates.
  • Work closely with operations and support teams for smooth execution.
  • Keep management informed about competitor activities and market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
