Job Overview


We are hiring a Sales Development Executive to join our team at SANeForce - Sales Force Automation | Pharma CRM | SAN CLM | FMCG SFA. As a Sales Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and deal closure
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase the features and benefits of our products
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and improve sales performance
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on customer feedback
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
