ResponsibilitiesProvisioningMonthly reportsProject pipelineIndia Market Strategy/Action Plan UpdateMRF- ordering product for sampling/testingDoing courier if someone asked forMaintaining CalendarTravel bookings ArrangementMonth end celebrationsGifts distributions or planning outingsPutting agendas for leadership and marketing meetingsRouting queries related to credit cards/IT/access cards etc.Working on some old PO's if that are still open.Taking care of hard copies of agreements as legal will not take hard copiesScanning & sending to concerned personOnboarding: I&S teamDistribution of newly launched products.Adding newly added member in various groups and outlook distribution emails.GMM: Agenda & initiate GMM.Event organizingMeeting organizing OnboardingVendor code creationPR/PO CreationSending PO to vendor and asking for invoiceSubmission of invoice to scan desk & validating if the product has been delivered to requester or not.Following up for paymentsPreparing Expense Reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 - 5 years' experience in Department Coordinator/Sales Coordinator/Executive assistantExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong expertise in PowerPoint presentationBusiness Writing
