**Training Coordinator Profile**

Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs (outsourced or in-house) for corporate and HR training, and more

Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, etc.)

Identifying training needs from internal department
Scheduling training programs
Organising training programs
Maintaining student attendance
Maintaining Assessment scores of students undergoing training
Collecting feedback from students about training programs
Preparing analytical reports for the training programs conducted
Improving the effectiveness of training program

Share Feedback to internal Departments and record and implement improvement

Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
- Experience with e-learning platforms
- MS Office proficiency
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- **Strong communication skills - Written and Verbal**

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization

Salary to be billed - 28K to 30K / Month

Experience - 2-3 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
