Are you a creative thinker with a knack for crafting compelling content? Join our dynamic team as a Content Strategist We are looking for a talented individual who can develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the brand’s objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.- To be the last mile check for all content going out of the agency.- Coach and Guide writers to continuously enhance team skills and develop niche- Think and Drive marketing campaigns (offline or online) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.- Create/Manage editorial calendar to deliver pre-planned and timely content across various platforms.- Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities to better the current efficacy of overall content for each client.- Create and maintain a benchmark of SEO-friendly content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and email newsletters.- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets with copies and align with the visual narrative.- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables.- Manage and maintain content repositories, including content management systems (CMS), and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.
