You’ll help us build a high-performing environment where innovation thrives and our people can do their best work as Graviton continues its journey of global growth.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Engineering and Quant Research teams, driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.- Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates across technical and quantitative domains.- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from premier institutes and global markets.- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while maintaining strong employer branding.- Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Graviton’s long-term organizational goals.What We’re Looking For:- 3–6 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in Tech, Engineering, or Quant domains.- Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in Linked In, Boolean search, referrals, and creative channels.- Ability to build strong relationships with senior technical leaders and influence hiring decisions.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.- Passion for finding and nurturing exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about talent, growth, and impact — someone who thrives at the intersection of recruitment, technology, and organizational excellence.
