Job role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Ecommerce to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in running revenue-driven campaigns across paid media and email channels, with proven expertise in strategy, execution, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution for
    D2C ecommerce growth
    .
  • Manage and optimize
    Google Ads
    (Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Search, Display, YouTube) and
    Meta Ads
    (Facebook & Instagram) for
    sales and conversion-driven campaigns
    .
  • Lead
    email marketing campaigns
    using Klaviyo, including automation flows, segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and measurement through
    GA4
    and other analytics platforms.
  • Manage
    Google Merchant Center (GMC)
    for product feed optimization and compliance.
  • Plan and execute
    revenue-oriented performance marketing campaigns
    with focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to improve campaign performance and customer journey.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to drive higher conversions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in ecommerce performance marketing.

Qualification

  • Overall
    8–12 years of experience in digital marketing is mandatory.
  • D2C Ecommerce:
    Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in scaling ecommerce businesses.
  • Proven expertise in
    Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Performance Max, Shopping Ads, GMC, GA4
    .
  • Demonstrated success in driving
    sales, conversions, and revenue growth
    through paid campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in
    Shopify
    or other ecommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of CRO tools for improving conversion rates.
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale (₹50L+ monthly preferred).
