Head – Corporate and Community SalesRole:You will lead the regional charter for our Corporate B2B2C business. This strategicrole involves acquiring and nurturing key partnerships in corporates and communities todistribute our financial solutions at scale to employee bases.You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in HR, Finance, and Rewardsfunctions—enabling organizations to offer meaningful wealth and investment benefits to theiremployees and also tap into high-affinity communities such as professional associations(lawyers, doctors, CAs, etc.), exclusive clubs, influential offline and online communities,professional networks, alumni groups.This is a senior leadership position requiring strong business acumen, consultative enterpriseselling, and end-to-end relationship ownership. You will be responsible for building theregion’s pipeline, closing large corporate deals, overseeing onboarding, and orchestratingmulti-functional teams to deliver high-impact employee engagement campaigns.Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate and Community Acquisition & Onboarding● Identify, reach out to, and onboard new accounts.● Pitch our suite of financial wellness products as part of their employee benefitsprogram.● Establish strong entry points with HR, Admin, Rewards, and Finance stakeholders.2.
