Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop engaging, informative, and impactful content that educates and

inspires users of the Purple Fabric platform, including documentation,

technical guides, white papers, case studies, and blog posts.

  • Work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to

translate complex AI concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

  • Design content strategies that align with the needs of a diverse audience,

including technical professionals, business leaders, and end-users.

  • Create and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency across all

materials.

  • Use creative storytelling to make technical concepts relatable and engaging,

encouraging users to explore and leverage Purple Fabric's capabilities.

  • Conduct research to understand user needs, identify content gaps, and

ensure the content strategy is data-driven and user-focused.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content

that supports product launches, updates, and user education.

  • Leverage web design tools to enhance the presentation of content through

visuals, infographics, and interactive elements.


Key Skills & Qualifications:


Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Content Strategy, or a related field.

Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical writing, content strategy, or related roles.

Content Development Expertise: Proven experience in developing high-quality technical content, including documentation, user guides, andwhitepapers.

Storytelling and Creativity: Strong creative writing skills with an ability to craft engaging narratives that make complex technology accessible.

Technical Literacy: Ability to work with technology-focused content, with a strong aptitude for understanding AI, ML, and other emerging technologies.

Web Design and Multimedia Skills: Experience with HTML/CSS, web-based information architecture, and tools for creating visuals, infographics, and multimedia content.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple content projectssimultaneously, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers.
