The is for the position of Manager Product Management based in Gurgaon. Candidate should carry minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device industry, preferably someone cardiovascular background. It’s an IC role. This position drives implementation of marketing strategy / plans and promotional activities including conferences, training sessions, seminars and other KOL engagement activities for the assigned product line. The position is responsible for the development of training, marketing, and promotional collaterals, and liaising with marketing vendors. The individual will also be responsible for end to end oversight of their portfolio including stock management, analysis of sales trends, new product launches and garnering insights from customers to devise impactful and relevant marketing collateral. The individual will also develop and execute sales force motivation activities
Responsibilities includes:
Ensure adherence to marketing budget for assigned product line. Implement Marketing and Promotional activities, as per plan including new product launches. Execute target number of conferences, seminars and other engagement events in assigned product line. Executing sales force motivation campaigns and garnering mind share of sales team. Provide timely inputs for value-add proposition for existing and new products. Prepare draft reports on Market Research, as per prescribed timelines and guidelines. Ensure adherence to company’s Global Marketing and Branding policies / guidelines across all marketing and branding activities. Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with Global Marketing.
