We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our team in Bangalore.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of Pega developers throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from designing the blueprint to deploying the final application.

Your in-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, combined with your strong leadership and communication skills, will be essential for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Pega solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Pega developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable Pega solutions.

- Design and develop the Pega solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

- Guide the team through the development process, from initial design to system configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and blueprints.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot complex Pega issues and identify potential roadblocks.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Pega technology and methodologies.

- Effectively communicate project progress and technical details to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience as a Pega developer or a related role.

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring Pega development teams.

- In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of the Pega System Architect certification (preferably certified).

- Experience with designing and developing complex Pega solutions.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Immediate notice period is a plus.
