Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient Pega Architect / Pega LSA with extensive experience in multiple design techniques and building Pega automation flows for Straight-Through Processing (STP). The ideal candidate should have exposure to Pega 8.x and above, along with experience in the Smart Investigate framework and payment domain flow automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software using the Pega toolset.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Implement Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
Utilize Agile methodologies, participating in Agile ceremonies and contributing to sprint goals.
Maintain proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and software improvement.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Ensure software solutions adhere to best practices for security, resiliency, and performance.
Participate in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications:
LSA certification is a must.
Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x and above.
Experience with Smart Investigate framework and payment domain flow automation.
Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work in Agile frameworks.
Experience with business process management, including Pega rules process commander (PRPC).
Ability to work in small, collaborative, agile teams to achieve organizational goals.
Passionate about building an innovative culture.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in developmental toolsets.
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
Hands-on Pega coding, implementation, and upgrading experience.
