Implementation of Service Level Management.Leading the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP Solution Manager.Gathering and analyzing business requirements to design and develop solutions using Solution Manager functionalities.Collaborating with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.Providing technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.Managing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for SAP Solution Manager.Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal functionality.Training end-users and providing ongoing support and assistance. Developing and maintaining documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals.Staying updated on the latest SAP Solution Manager features, trends, and best practices.Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.

QualificationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Relevant certifications in SAP Solution Manager or related areas.

Skills Required5+ years of project/program management experience, including software development, SAP implementations, and COTS implementations.Strong understanding of project/program management principles and experience with Agile development lifecycle.Experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives. Understanding of SAP-related technologies.Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong business relationships.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Self-starter with strong work ethics, capable of working with minimal supervision.Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.Technical knowledge and integration experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.Previous consulting experience and experience working with offshore teams would be advantageous.
