Job Title: Senior Security Officer

Location: Bengaluru

Status: Through Third Party Security Agency

Role Overview

The Senior Security Officer will lead and supervise the security team, ensuring safety of employees, assets, and information. The role includes enforcing security protocols, managing incidents, and coordinating with external agencies during emergencies.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and guide security officers/guards.

Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.

Oversee surveillance systems, access control, and incident reporting.

Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills.

Coordinate with management and external agencies for crisis management.

Train and orient new security personnel.

Eligibility

Bachelors Degree, NCC background preferred.

7–10 years' security experience (min. 2 years in a supervisory role).

Strong knowledge of security systems, fire safety, and emergency response.

Excellent communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.

Physically fit: Min height 5.7 ft, age 28–45 years.

Active in fitness/sports activities.
