Job Description:
As a Marketing Manager at VITTI Living, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our brand’s vision, goals, and target market.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
Brand Development: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partnerships & Events: Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies. Organize and oversee marketing events, product launches, and promotions.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience of 3-5 years as Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the furniture, design, or lifestyle industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing marketing data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in the designer furniture or interior design industry is advantageous.
Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
About Us:
Aubergine Design works LLP (ADW) is a design-centered furniture manufacturer based out of Hyderabad, India. Aubergine Design works LLP designs, manufactures, and sells home furniture such as Sofas, Armchairs, Beds, Tables, Dining Tables, Console units, Kitchens, and Wardrobes under the brand VITTI. Our furniture will be sold across India through its flagship stores and website and selected dealer outlets in the North American and European markets. The products made at VITTI are designed and manufactured on exceptional global quality and aesthetic standards.
ADW has a 1 lakh square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with high levels of automation to drive high precision and consistent quality in furniture manufacturing. ADW is headed by its CEO, Dr. Sandeep Menneni, an IIT Madras Alumnus with a PhD from UM-C, USA. He has 20 years of experience in architectural and Interior design. ADW also has a multicultural and multinational work force with people from across India and Europe. The culture at ADW is built on the foundation of hiring and working with the best. We have our team members from the best design schools across India such as IITs, NIDAhmedabad, CEPT Ahmedabad. Currently ADW employs a workforce of about 70 members and is set to increase to 150 members soon.
