Senior Analyst Workday Recruiting

Responsibilities:
Lead the designand configuration of Workday Recruiting modules to support ourorganizations talent acquisition processes andstrategies.
Translatebusiness requirements into scalable and efficient systemconfigurations including job requisitions candidate managementinterview scheduling and reportingfunctionalities.
Develop andimplement custom solutions within Workday Recruiting to addresscomplex business requirements and enhance systemcapabilities.
Utilize WorkdayStudio calculated fields and business process frameworks to extendand customize Workday Recruiting functionalities asneeded.
Collaborate withintegration teams to design configure and test integrations betweenWorkday Recruiting and other HR systems thirdparty applications anddatasources.
Ensure seamlessdata flow and integrity between Workday Recruiting and othersystems to support endtoend recruitingprocesses.
Provide trainingand support to HR users recruiters and hiring managers on how toeffectively use Workday Recruiting features andfunctionalities.
Develop trainingmaterials documentation and job aids to facilitate user adoptionandproficiency.
Continuouslyevaluate and optimize Workday Recruiting configurations andprocesses to improve system performance usability andefficiency.
Proactivelyidentify areas for improvement and implement best practices toenhance the overall recruitmentexperience.
Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standardsin Workday Recruiting configurations andprocesses.
Collaborate withHR business partners recruiters IT teams and external vendors togather requirements prioritize initiatives and deliver effectivesolutions.
Actas a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders providing expertise andguidance on Workday Recruiting capabilities industry trends andbestpractices.
QualificationsandBackground
Workdaycertification in Recruiting or equivalent experience isrequired.
Minimum of 5years of experience in Workday HCM implementation with a focus onWorkday Recruitingmodules.
Provenexperience leading Workday Recruiting implementations includingsystem design configuration and integrationactivities.
Strongunderstanding of HR processes talent acquisition best practices andindustrytrends.
Excellentanalytical problemsolving and decisionmakingskills.
Exceptionalcommunication collaboration and stakeholder managementskills.
Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multipleprioritiessimultaneously.
Experienceworking with crossfunctional teams and external partners in aglobal matrixedorganization.
Demonstratedcommitment to quality innovation and continuousimprovement.
