Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Retention Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on strengthening customer relationships, improving satisfaction, and minimizing churn to drive long-term loyalty. If you enjoy working closely with customers and are committed to their success, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Engage with existing customers to build lasting relationships and ensure continued satisfaction. Identify customers at risk of churning and take proactive steps to retain them. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support with professionalism and care. Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services (upselling/cross-selling). Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products/services. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM tools. Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and retention metrics to inform strategies.
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in Marketing technology , account management, or retention. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Strong problem-solving attitude and empathy towards customers. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot). Certifications for Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Experience in the finance industry or a similar customer-focused environment is a plus.
