Senior Sales Manager

who specializes in technical sales within the staffing industry. This role is designed for someone who can engage and secure enterprise-level customers, presenting Supersourcing’s technical staffing solutions with confidence and clarity. Your expertise will drive our growth in delivering top-notch tech talent to large-scale enterprises.

What You’ll Do:Enterprise Sales:

Identify, approach, and secure enterprise clients who need technical staffing solutions. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.Technical Solution Selling:

Present Supersourcing’s value proposition, emphasizing our ability to deliver top-tier technical talent quickly and reliably. You’ll tailor pitches to meet specific customer needs.Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CTOs, hiring managers, and procurement leaders within target enterprises.Market Insights:

Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to position our solutions effectively.Revenue Generation:

Meet and exceed sales targets by focusing on high-value deals with enterprise clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.Collaboration:

Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and that staffing solutions align with client requirements.

Who You Are:Experienced in Technical Staffing Sales:

5+ years in sales within the staffing industry, with a strong background in selling technical staffing solutions to enterprise clients.Enterprise-Level Sales Expertise:

Proven track record of selling to large-scale companies, particularly in the tech industry.Strong Communicator:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear, impactful way.Market Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of the staffing industry, including an understanding of technical roles and client needs in the tech space.Driven and Results-Oriented:

Self-motivated with a focus on exceeding sales targets and securing high-value, long-term client relationships.
