About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and experienced HR Executives to join our growing team You will play a key role in the entire recruitment process, from building pipelines to onboarding new hires. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs.
Develop and implement workforce plans to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Conduct job analysis to define requirements and qualifications for open positions.
Craft compelling and informative job descriptions to attract top talent.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to enhance our employer brand.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct HR interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a consistent and fair interview process.
Manage and extend competitive job offers to successful candidates.
Design and implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization effectively.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
Maintain strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Participate in the planning and execution of employee events, rewards & recognition programs.
Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Offer general administrative support to the HR department.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to HR policy development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Masters preferred).
4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment (highly preferred).
Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
Strong understanding of human resources processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize workload.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (a plus).
Experience with social media recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and report on recruitment metrics.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
