Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with external hiring partners, agencies, job boards, social media platforms, campus recruitment, and diversity forums to expand reach in the offshore industry.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from job posting and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure.
  • Promote internal talent channels such as employee referrals, internal job postings, and hiring drives in coordination with the GSC TAA team.
  • Own and present weekly MIS reports and dashboards related to talent acquisition activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, legal requirements, and ensure compliance in all talent acquisition processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop onboarding programs that facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

Skills & Competencies:

  • 8-10+ years of proven hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition & Attraction.
  • Extensive experience recruiting for Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and Procurement roles across various levels, preferably within a GSC/GCC environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global service environment or during rapid scale-up phases.
  • Comprehensive experience with end-to-end recruitment channels including job boards, referrals, social media, early careers, and ATS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across hierarchies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data reporting to support decision-making.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources from a reputable institution; MBA in HR preferred.
