Project Location: Bhubaneswar  (must be open to travel for PAN India locations).

Mandetory Skills: Lead SAP HCM module implementations (PA, OM, Time Management, Indian Payroll, ESS & MSS, Travel, etc.) across projects.

Job Summary:

  • Lead SAP HCM module implementations (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, ESS & MSS, Travel, etc.) across projects.
  • Gather, analyses, and document business requirements, translating them into SAP HCM solutions.
  • Design end-to-end solutions, including configurations, enhancements, and integrations with other HR systems.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI, MM, etc.) to ensure smooth system integration.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices, process optimization, and industry trends in HR technology.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and budget.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, providing functional and technical expertise.
  • Handle issue resolution, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP HCM.
  • Support system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and conduct training sessions for end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and HR regulations in system design and configuration.
  • 8+ years of SAP HCM functional experience, with at least 3 years in a lead consultant capacity.
  • Strong expertise in core SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management).
  • Proven experience in SAP HCM payroll (preferably country-specific: India) configuration and statutory compliance.
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprint to go-live and support).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a global delivery model.
  • SAP HCM certification.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM or migration projects.
  • Exposure to HR reporting tools (SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Working knowledge of ESS/MSS, Fiori HR apps.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
