Role Overview: Arvind Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive leader to head its Administration and Facility Management function across multiple manufacturing units and corporate locations. This leadership role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence, and a transformation mindset to elevate infrastructure, hygiene, automation, and employee experience across the organization. The Head-Administration will be responsible for end-to-end management of facilities, housekeeping, travel, canteen services, vendor relationships, security, and expense controls, while driving process improvements through automation and digitization. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in managing large-scale administrative operations, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Leadership Lead administration and facility management across corporate offices and manufacturing units. Develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. Drive automation and digital adoption in facility, housekeeping, travel, and canteen operations. Support new plant setups (greenfield/brownfield) through infrastructure planning and vendor management. Facility & Workplace Management Ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and compliance across all facilities. Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Manage canteen services, dormitories, guest houses, and transport facilities for employees. Travel & Expense Management Supervise end-to-end employee travel arrangements and ensure policy compliance. Negotiate with travel partners and optimize costs. Monitor and control the admin budget (~100+ crores) while driving cost efficiencies. Vendor & Contract Management Manage vendor identification, selection, and negotiations for facility, travel, food, and transport services. Ensure compliance with SLAs, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with procurement on strategic sourcing and vendor performance. Security & Compliance Oversee the security function through the Security Head. Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and audit requirements across all sites. People & Stakeholder Management Lead the corporate admin team and provide oversight to plant-level teams. Act as liaison between promoters, senior leadership, plant heads, and facility staff. Build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and operational excellence. Transformation & Innovation Implement automation and modern workplace solutions (e.g., sensor-based cleaning, robotics). Champion continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and workplace quality. Requirements: Post-graduate with 15–25 years of experience in administration/facility management within a manufacturing setup. Proven experience in managing operations across multiple manufacturing units. Strong knowledge of facility management, travel, security, hygiene, and canteen/dormitory operations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Expertise in infrastructure planning, vendor management, compliance, automation, and operational transformation Strong exposure to automation/digitization in facilities, travel, and workplace management
