Position: Head of Finance & Administration Location: Dodoma, Tanzania Industry: Sunflower Oil Production About the Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Administration to lead the finance function of a growing edible oils manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain experience in the edible oils sector along with proven leadership in finance and administration. Experience Required 10–15 years of total experience Minimum 5 years in a Head of Finance / Finance Leadership role Minimum 5 years of experience in the Edible Oils industry Key Responsibilities Lead the overall Finance & Administration function Oversee accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and statutory compliance Prepare, analyze, and present MIS reports and Board-level financial statements to the Board of Directors Manage, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team Implement and supervise ERP onboarding and setup , ensuring seamless process integration Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls Raise debt and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions Ensure audit coordination, statutory compliance, and risk management Required Skills & Expertise Mandatory: Experience in the Edible Oils sector Proven track record as Head of Finance - Leadership Role Hands-on experience in ERP implementation Expertise in MIS reporting and presenting financials to Boards Experience in debt raising, lender management, and financial negotiations Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance
