Role Overview:
As a Technical Recruiter specializing in IT roles and E2E recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technology talent for our esteemed client. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process. Your expertise in IT recruitment and client relationship management will be key to delivering outstanding results and enhancing our client’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment process for IT roles, from understanding client needs and job requisitions to sourcing, interviewing, and securing top candidates.
Client Partnership: Work closely with our technology client to gain a deep understanding of their IT hiring requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Acquisition: Use innovative sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage high-quality IT professionals.
Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to offer valuable insights and advice to both clients and candidates.
Process Optimization: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes, enhance efficiency, and provide actionable insights for future recruitment strategies.
Stakeholder Management: They are the critical component in the successful delivery of any project, programme or activity. How you evaluate their need, strong hands on experience to front face stakeholder and to manage the relationship with them.

Relevant Experience: Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, with a track record of successfully filling technical roles for large-scale technology clients.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, enabling you to effectively assess and match candidates to client needs.
Client-Centric Approach: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering effective recruitment solutions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at various levels.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and metrics to drive decisions, optimize recruitment processes, and achieve results.
