We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities


  • Direct interaction with on-shore stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and Clients.
  • Develop an overall knowledge base covering regulations, product types, credit, and account servicing with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and quick-paced work environment.
  • Become a key part of the growth of Wholesale Client Services (WSC).
  • Liaise extensively with downstream and upstream functions like Wholesale and Market Risk, Client Service Managers, and Relationship Managers to ensure cases and bottlenecks are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of client maintenance and servicing activities, including ad hoc client queries and escalations.


Requirements


  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a credit services/operations role.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message being delivered (E).
  • Ability to work in a challenging, time-critical, and changing environment (E).
  • Knowledge of relevant financial platforms and cash management tools (E).
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and prioritize competing demands (E).
  • Flexible approach to duties and hours of work (E).
  • A delivery-focused mindset (D).
  • Proven track record of delivering results beyond expectations (D).
  • Effective engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills (D).
  • Must be proactive and prepared to investigate issues of own initiative with minimal information.
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data efficiently, draw conclusions on what the data means, and determine the actions required.
  • Self-motivated, positive, passionate, and a solution-oriented mindset.
