Role: QA Engineer Exp : 3 - 5 yrs Location: Pune (Baner) Work Mode: WFO (5 days) Job Summary: Must have experience: Docker(-Compose) Python Robot framework Linux systems Test Automation Nice to have experiences: Selenium or Playwright Gitlab CI Django Temporal Test management systems (Allure, Reportportal) Softskills: Problem solving mindset is a must. Good and eager communication with teams Can work independently without constant oversight or supervision Hands in good code that works and is well tested Robotframework specifics: Is proficient in designing and implementing robust test suites using both keyword-driven and data-driven approaches. Is comfortable using standard libraries (e.g., Built In, Collections, Operating System, String, Dialogs) and popular external libraries such as Selenium Library, Requests Library, SSHLibrary, and Database Library. Can build modular, reusable keywords in resource files or as Python-based custom libraries, and structure test suites using clear test case organization patterns (resources, variables, suites, tags, setup/teardown). skillfully manage test environments , configure test variables , and switch between contexts using Suite Setup, Test Teardown, and scoped variables. work fluently with Jenkins, Git Lab CI , or other CI/CD tools to integrate automated tests into pipelines. They can debug flaky tests using screenshots, logs, and proper error handling. Mid-level developers can analyze test failures meaningfully and contribute to test strategy , code reviews , and test maintenance cycles .
