The Role:We’re on the lookout for a go-getter HR Recruiter who can handle hiring for everything — from store staff to production teams to mid- and senior-level roles. What You’ll Be Doing:Own the full recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding.Recruit across verticals: Retail, Production, Admin, and Corporate.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current & future roles.Keep the hiring process smooth, fast & people-friendly.Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.???? You Should Have:Experience in recruitment (bonus points if from FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).Sourcing ninja skills — from portals to to good ol’ referrals.Strong people skills — you’re approachable, organized, and persistent.The ability to juggle multiple roles without losing your cool.A degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.???? Important Notes:This is an on-site role — work from our Vadodara head office.We’re only considering candidates based in or around Vadodara at this time.????
