Senior Hardware Design Engineer (Io T & Edge) Openings : 4 | Experience: 5–7+ years | Employment: Full-time Industry: Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Work mode: Onsite/Hybrid (India) About Inditronics: We’re scaling fast and building the next wave of connected products which are getting deployed internationally —Io T devices, smart gateways, and industrial data loggers. If you live and breathe hardware design and love bringing complex systems from concept to production, let’s talk. What you’ll do: ● Design and development of Io T hardware platforms, including data loggers, gateways, and sensor modules. ● Own schematic capture, PCB design, component selection, and validation for high-reliability electronics. efficient layout practices, Power Management, Impedance matching, EMI/EMC compliance. Product level understanding & testing. ● Collaborate with firmware/software teams to ensure seamless HW/SW integration Mechanical team for product design development. ● Perform board bring-up, debugging, and optimization of power, performance, and thermal design. ● Work with vendors and manufacturing partners on prototyping, DFM/DFT, certifications (CE/FCC/UL), and mass production. ● Define hardware architecture, test strategies, and ensure compliance with safety/EMI/EMC standards. ● Mentor junior engineers, drive reviews, and maintain high standards of documentation and design quality. What you’ll bring ● Strong expertise in schematic design and multi-layer PCB layout (Altium, Or CAD). ● Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, processors, and So Cs (ARM, ESP32, STM32 etc.). ● Knowledge of high-speed interfaces (SPI, I2 C, UART, USB, Ethernet, CAN, PCIe). ● Power electronics experience: DC-DC converters, PMICs, battery management, and low-power design. ● Debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and hardware probes (JTAG/SWD). ● Familiarity with RF/Wireless modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, GSM) and antenna integration. ● Proven ability to take products from prototype to production with contract manufacturers. Nice to have: FPGA experience, analog/mixed-signal design, thermal simulation, and exposure to automotive/industrial standards.
