Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at CloudBankin. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting job evaluations, and maintaining candidate databases to support the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 Yeats Experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Experience in candidate assessment and evaluation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experiences in IT company is a big Plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification is a plus
