Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing program for mobile app advertising worldwide, and our fintech in India, focusing on recruiting new affiliates, DSA (Direct Selling Agents) nurturing existing relationships, and driving performance to achieve company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to expand Medialift's network (Media buyers, Ad-networks, DSAs) Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality affiliates across relevant projects and verticals. Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, providing ongoing support and resources. Act as the primary point of contact for affiliate inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and revenue, to assess effectiveness. Requirements: Experience & Skills At least 2 years in affiliate marketing, partner management, or a related position in the digital advertising industry. Strong understanding of performance marketing, CPA, CPI and revenue-sharing models. Strong understanding of the insurance and fintech business in India. A strong portfolio of affiliates ready to launch web, mobile app, and fintech campaigns through email, sms, contextual ads, and on the field through DSAs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills to build strong partnerships. Ability to analyze data-driven insights and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Familiarity with mobile app marketing, programmatic advertising, and digital acquisition strategies is a plus. Experience working with affiliate networks and fraud prevention tools is a plus. Technical & Analytical Abilities Familiar with Appsflyer and Adjust is a must . Familiarity with Branch, Kochava, and Singular is a plus. Proficiency working with Affise tracking platform is a plus. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and performance tracking. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent attention to detail, and ability to follow and execute internal processes. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities . Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends. Ability to work on GMT+2 timzone. Education & Language Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English Literature, Psychology or a related field. Fluent in English (Fluency in other languages is a plus).
