Role Overview : We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Music Marketing Intern to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be developing music marketing concepts that can be effectively translated into Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for modern pop music and a keen eye for catching trends.

Key Responsibilities :Concept Development : Create innovative and engaging music marketing concepts tailored for Instagram Reels.Trend Analysis : Monitor and analyze current trends in modern pop music and social media to inform marketing strategies.Content Creation : Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality Instagram Reels that promote our artists and their music.Campaign Support : Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to increase the visibility and engagement of our artists.Analytics : Track and report on the performance of Instagram Reels to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.Collaboration : Work closely with artists, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and compelling content.

Qualifications :Passion for Music : A strong interest in modern pop music and familiarity with the genre's latest trends.Social Media Savvy : Proficient in using Instagram, particularly Instagram Reels, with an understanding of what makes content go viral.Creativity : Ability to generate creative ideas and concepts that resonate with a target audience.Trend Awareness : Strong ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends in both music and social media.Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :Video Editing : Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Graphic Design : Basic skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).Analytics Tools : Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Hootsuite).
