  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring all materials are professional and well-organized.

  1. Meeting Coordination & Management
  • Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate meetings with the executive team, board members, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure that the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with necessary documents and background information.
  1. Strategic Project Management
  • Assist the CEO with tracking strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather data and updates on projects to provide the CEO with comprehensive insights.
  • Manage small to medium-scale projects as directed by the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met.
  1. Travel & Event Management
  • Plan and organize all aspects of the CEO’s business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, or speaking engagements for the CEO, ensuring seamless execution.
  1. Email & Communication Management
  • Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox, flagging urgent items and drafting responses when necessary.
  • Prioritize incoming communication and ensure timely replies or delegations to the appropriate teams.
  • Draft and proofread communications, including memos, announcements, and presentations.
  1. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and external parties.
  • Ensure that all interactions reflect the professionalism and vision of the company.
  1. Time & Workflow Management
  • Proactively manage the CEO’s time by prioritizing activities that align with business goals.
  • Ensure efficient use of the CEO’s time by filtering requests, organizing schedules, and minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop systems to track and monitor the CEO’s workflow, tasks, and deadlines.
  1. Office & Resource Management
  • Manage office resources and supplies, ensuring the CEO’s workspace is efficient and organized.
  • Liaise with office management, IT, and other support teams to ensure all resources and tools are functioning optimally.
  1. Research & Data Compilation
  • Conduct research and compile data on relevant topics to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, analyzing trends, and providing actionable insights to the CEO.
  • Keep the CEO informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and key developments affecting the business.
