About the role:

As the General Manager - Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual direction of 32nd. You will oversee the design team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure that all design work aligns with our brand’s minimalist philosophy. Your passion for design and your ability to inspire others will be essential to our success.

What you will be doing:

Lead Design Strategy:

Develop and implement design strategies that reflect 32nd's brand identity, focusing on minimalism and modern aesthetics. Team Management:

Oversee the graphic design team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and creative environment. Project Oversight:

Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards. Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive and impactful visual communications. Design Execution:

Create high-quality graphic design materials, including digital assets, print materials, and branding elements. Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant. Client Engagement:

Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into effective design solutions.

What you bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design work and a deep understanding of design principles. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing aesthetics with functionality.
