Responsibilities:

Manage operating systems, databases, storage, and middlewareEnsure system uptime, health, and performancePerform regular backups and restorationsConduct and manage DC/DR drillsApply patches, updates, and system upgradesEnsure compliance with SLAsCoordinate system integrations and support change management processesGenerate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system utilization and uptimeMaintain MIS logs and documentationCoordinate with stakeholders for downtime approvals and operational updatesDesired Skills:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExperience in infrastructure and system administrationFamiliarity with change management and reporting toolsEffective communication and stakeholder coordination
