Overview

Support the Sales Capability Manager of India BU/AMESA Sector with key reporting, analysis & coordination of Training & Governance Interventions (Offline & Online) with all units in India BU(COSO)/AMESA Sector. Adding value to the reports suite, this role manages the Online Learning Portals/Learning Management System - LMS (end-to-end) for PepsiCo & distributors employees, generates meaningful insights, supporting decision making and highlighting opportunities for capability development in various market by training & business data analysis.Responsibilities

· Lead the day to day management of Degreed & the PepsiCo Sales Learning Portal (all LMS) in end-to-end mannero Module assignment for target population as per the RBP/SOB Plan for the montho End to end coordination with all stakeholders for troubleshooting/resolution of all queries related to online portals· Lead all data related tasks & reporting- Set-up & sustain all data reporting including monthly Sales Capability Scorecard/dashboarding, online portal usage & module completion status, all monthly reports generation and KPI Tracking against various formats of deployment of Online/Classroom & VILT/ILT across all units in India BU/AMESA sector.· Support India BU Sales Capability Managers for all coordination to execute the Sales Capability agenda for the BU/SectorOther operational tasks-· Partner with sales capability manager to conduct the Online Competency/Sales Skills Assessment/Step Up Assessment for Managers, Front Line & Distributor Salesmens· Maintain Population Base for Pep Associates & Distributor Salesman as per the data shared by LHRs & DW team· Play a key role in Managing an effective and simple Sales Capability calendar, training schedule to be implemented & sustained· Support in implementing all learning and development initiatives to ensure successful and consistent deployment (training logistics preprations, training tools preparations, training feedback roll-out, collation, reporting, measuring training impact on business KPIs, etc.)· Lead the harmonization of the Sales On Boarding program for Pep Assocates & Distributor Salesman, PJP-WW reports/PACE sales capability related reports and publish completion reports.· Support for Ensure continuous improvement of learning delivery efficiency and effectiveness by leading the dashboard & post training Governance· Support India BU for all PACE Funcionality Adoption & Training Assessments· Support BU in the language adaptation of module to optimize module and drive end to end coordination of shortlisted translation projects, if any· Support Sales Capability Manager with BU Capability Budget Tracking· Support Sales Capability Manager in the the Governance of Winning Every Customer & Distributor Management InitiativesQualifications

· Min. 3-5 years commercial analytics experience with educational background in Data Analytics· Strong verbal & written communication and stakeholder management· MS Excel & MS PPT - Reporting and MIS management· Experience of managing/programming LMS platforms
