Android Flutter Tech Lead


We're hiring Gujarat based candidates only.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop robust and stable production builds for native Android and Flutter applications based on ideas, designs, and requirements.
  • Create and implement solutions for specific use cases that offer extendable and reusable frameworks, interfaces, and services.
  • Design and define the overall technical architecture for mobile applications in collaboration with customers.
  • Discuss and evaluate the technical aspects of mobile application architecture, including technology choices, methodologies, and device compatibility.
  • Develop reusable artifacts, frameworks, and assets while adhering to industry best practices in design, development, and QA.
  • Design and build mobile SDKs and integrate mobile applications with web services and external APIs.
  • Define and enforce mobile security protocols, analytics, and channel integrations.
  • Address non-functional aspects of mobile application design, focusing on optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of mobile solutions and technologies, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Create comprehensive solution designs and individual application blueprints.
  • Lead and mentor development teams, collaborating closely with technical managers, backend teams, senior business analysts, and UI/UX designers.
  • Develop and document detailed architectures for mobile solutions on Android devices, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of enterprise solutions.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end solution, translating functional requirements into effective mobile applications.


Skills:

  • Expertise in Android and Flutter frameworks with a proven track record of designing, optimizing, and integrating business processes across various systems and mobile technologies.
  • Experience in deploying mobile solutions for both enterprise and consumer-facing environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and mobile application integration using both native Android and hybrid platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and emerging technologies, including Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) and Flutter.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs for connecting mobile applications with backend services.
  • Proficient in using OS frameworks for multi-threading, data persistence, and adaptive user interfaces across different screen sizes.
  • Experience in developing custom UIs, animations, and integrating ads, cloud messaging APIs, and push notifications.
  • Competent in performance and memory usage optimization.
  • Skilled in code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, advanced Java, Android Studio, Visual Studio, Dart, Kotlin, and mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVP, MVC).
  • Experience with DataBinding, ViewModel, Lifecycle, LiveData, and WorkManager.
  • Familiarity with databases such as Room DB, Couchbase Lite, Realm, SQLite, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VBScript.
