Our client is a leading distribution company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

  • Contribute to the company's strategic direction by formulating and executing short- to long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization's overarching goals.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility studies to support business development and expansion initiatives, providing senior management with informed advice on investment decisions.

  • Establish and maintain a robust financial framework encompassing risk management, treasury operations, tax planning, financial controls, and management information systems.

  • Oversee the annual budgeting process for the department and collaborate with the Controller as necessary.

  • Supervise the implementation of IT solutions that are both efficient and cost-effective, supporting the company's growth objectives.

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and emerging financial, accounting, and IT trends, providing updates to the Board of Management and implementing necessary process improvements.

  • Responsible for establishing and implementing robust financial policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

  • Efficiently manage the Accounting & Finance and IT functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, corporate finance, governance, risk management, compliance, and IT.

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, providing regular updates and analysis to the Board of Management.

  • Guarantee compliance with statutory financial reporting standards.

  • Oversee corporate governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives, ensuring proper implementation throughout the organization.

  • Maintain the integrity of financial systems to facilitate accurate and timely management reporting and meet group reporting deadlines.

  • Manage the company's cash flow position by optimizing interest rate sourcing.

  • Lead corporate tax reporting efforts and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Act as the primary liaison for investor relations, representing the organization effectively.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, review their recommendations, and enhance policies and processes as needed.

  • Supervise the execution of key process improvement projects and monitor milestones.

  • Manage PTG technology resources to ensure effective and reliable operations.

  • Offer financial feasibility and risk advisory to the Board of Management.

  • Identify the essential skill sets needed to fulfill business needs and ensure that recruitment, compensation, and retention approaches are tailored to meet those needs.

  • Evaluate the performance of team members to ensure both individual and organizational goals are achieved.

  • Establish and communicate performance objectives for staff to ensure that individual goals align with corporate objectives.


Requirements

  • Educational background in Finance and Accounting; CPA or relevant certificate is preferred

  • Previous experience in distribution and FMCG is a plus 

  • Demonstrated internal process optimization 

  • Previous experience in big corporations with several entities 

  • Ability to manage the entire Finance and Accounting team 

  • Willing to cover IT matters and look after Legal cases related to FI & Acc, tax regulation, and business controller

  • Produce Finance and Accounting reports to submit to the HQ 

  • Open to having Vietnamese direct Line Manager 

  • Good English

  • Exp in SAP

  • Accountable, energetic, and willing to tackle challenges
