About the Role:

We are looking for a Frontend React Developer with a strong passion for building exceptional user experiences. In this on-site role based in Hyderabad, you’ll work with a highly skilled team to design and deliver high-quality web applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js .
  • Translate Figma designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and browsers.
  • Build reusable components and libraries for future use.
  • Implement advanced state management solutions using tools like Redux or Context API .
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and designers to define and deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Write unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library to ensure code reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues to maintain application quality and user satisfaction.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks to bring fresh ideas to the team.


What We’re Looking For:


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, focusing on React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.


Technical Skills:

  • React.js : Proficiency in hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
  • JavaScript (ES6+) : Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts, including closures and asynchronous programming.
  • HTML5 & CSS3 : Expertise in building responsive designs using Flexbox, Grid, and preprocessors like SASS or LESS .
  • State Management : Experience with tools like Redux , Zustand , or MobX .
  • Testing : Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress .
  • Build Tools : Experience with Webpack , Babel , or similar tools for frontend workflows.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git .


Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with real-time communication protocols such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events (SSE) .
  • Basic knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js is a plus.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
