- A Kirloskar genset sales executive's role involves promoting Kirloskar power solutions through technical sales and field work, identifying market opportunities by analyzing trends and customer needs, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of technical aspects, excellent customer relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share for Kirloskar generator sets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies, create plans to capitalize on market opportunities, and achieve or surpass sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Expertise:Demonstrated experience in the sales of generators, specifically Kirloskar products, and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency:A solid technical background to understand and promote the features of power solutions and diesel generators.
- Customer Focus:Excellent customer relationship management skills and the ability to address customer concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Communication & Presentation Skills:Strong business communication and presentation skills for effectively endorsing products to clients.
- Market Development:Conduct market research, identify potential clients in various industries (e.g., construction, infrastructure, commercial facilities), and expand market presence in new regions.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Sales:Engage in technical sales activities, understanding the needs of customers, and proposing Kirloskar genset solutions to meet those needs.
- Lead Generation:Generate leads, prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Market Intelligence:Participate in industry events, collect market intelligence, and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaboration:Work with marketing teams for promotional activities and provide customer feedback to product development teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
