The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanicalengineering principles, CAD software proficiency, and a keen interest in manufacturing processes. Thisrole offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior engineers and gain hands-on experiencein product design, prototyping, and production optimization.Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in product development, prototyping, and engineering validation. Support in CAD/CAM modeling, technical drawings, and BOM preparation. Work closely with the Lead Engineer and cross-functional teams, including Concept Design,Product Development, and Production. Conduct material selection, structural analysis, and design feasibility studies. Assist in design validation, testing, and process optimization to ensure quality and compliancewith industry standards. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to enhance production efficiency. Document design changes, engineering challenges, and process improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to contribute toproduct innovation.Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Auto CAD, Solid Works, Creo, or Pytha (willingness toadapt to Pytha). Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and structural design.Regards,Neha
