We are looking for a Billing Specialistwho creates invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to the customer andchecksthe accuracy of invoices while communicating updates with the team and the customer.The ideal candidate should be in Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generatemanualinvoicesfor ORBCOMM customers Prepare Credit Memos Update pricing information, review and sign off any billing discrepancies Perform account authorizations Monitor orders for upon delivery customers and release orders to invoice Perform account authorizations Set-up customers in JD Edwards (JDE) Ensure client invoices are prepared in compliance with approved deal parameters and/or companies' general terms and conditions. Prepare any special request reports and perform other duties and responsibilities as directed.Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Advanced computer skills using MS Office, especially Excel Solid understanding of billing systems Strong relationship building and facilitation skills to communicate with stakeholders on all levels of the organization regardingbilling Prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent team workingskills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Good critical thinking skills Strong communications skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, handle interruptions while maintaining flexibility in work assignments Ability to submit e-billing invoices and work with multiple billingplatformsDiscover the Total Reward Package:
